EasyPWA is a free platform that allows users to create Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) without coding. The Service includes web-based tools for building, customizing, and hosting PWAs.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including app designs, text, images, and configurations. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content

The EasyPWA platform, including its design, features, and underlying code, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. Free Service

EasyPWA is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain available to users who signed up before any such changes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for free services)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your hosted PWAs may be taken offline
• You may download your app data before account deletion

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
